One thing that I think should be improved is when a customer has more than one service (i.e., massage and facial), the greeter at reception should be aware of this and ask the customer whether they would be more comfortable changing into a robe. It's happened a few times to me and either the massage therapist has apologized or the greeter later apologizes, and, personally, I would've been more comfortable being in a robe and then going upstairs to relax. |
