CANCELLATION POLICY
All services at ESSPA are reserved especially for you. We respectfully ask for 48 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge*. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 48 hours, are subject to the full charge for each service. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to those guests using gift cards. Packages and Groups of 5 or more may be required to make a 50% deposit at time of booking in order to hold the reservation. If you do have to cancel or change your reservation, please call us at 412-782-3888 asap.

LATE ARRIVAL
All appointments at ESSPA have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee late arrivals the full time of a scheduled treatment. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

GRATUITY
Our service and treatment prices do not include gratuity. Should you feel that your professional met your expectations, a gratuity of each service price is appropriate and always appreciated. For Groups, a gratuity of 20% will be added to the total price of all services for your convenience.

PARKING
ESSPA is located on Brilliant Avenue in Aspinwall, PA - just 10 minutes north of Downtown Pittsburgh on Rt.28 and right across the Allegheny River via the Highland Park Bridge. We offer metered, on-street parking for our guests. Please note that the meters are enforced from 9-5 daily, except Sundays.
