Although the pedicure area itself is lovely, the limited space between clients makes it impossible to experience a relaxing spa treatment. The intrusive conversations, sounds of toenail clipping and close quarters are similar to the inexpensive Vietnamese nail salons. At a "spa", especially with an "upscale" price, I would expect to be pampered, even for a pedicure! For this reason, I've not had a pedicure at ESSpa for many, many months. |
