I would echo Christine's sentiment about access. I have been a client for about 3 or 4 years and I love my facialist and enjoy the experience of vistiting the spa. However, I am constantly challenged in trying to get an appointment if I do not book months in advance. I would appreciate greater scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of a working professional.

I agree with the previously posted ideas that it is very difficult to make an appointment for a facial if it is not scheduled at least a month in advance.

Also, I would like to see more flexibility in the facials offered. I used to schedule your 50 minute facial at least quarterly, but the new price point combined with the longer service does not suite my needs, schedule or budget. Unfortunately, for this reason, I have not been back for a facial since the service was eliminated. Please consider bringing it back and allowing the customer to decide whether they would like to add on the hair removal services.
