My wife and I often get frustrated with the use of gift cards at the spa because sometimes you cannot use them for certain services or there are limitations. Special offers/deals cannot be paid for with gift cards. What gives? Money is money. Someone paid money for that gift card and they should be able to be used without restriction. Also I have heard other customers get upset with adding a last minute treatment to their visit (being persuaded by/upsold by the employee during the treatment) and then not being able to use a coupon because it said in fine print (for one treatment only). Be careful with those restrictions! |
