Update, 5/12 @ 10pm - BROWNIE DAY!

Scott 2 posts May 12, 2010 7:06 PM	At 3pm today, Kristian finally got the brownie that he has wanted since April 28th. He's been lounging in a recliner watching cartoons free of all assisted breathing devices, masks, hoses, tubes & machines. In addition to all of the infinate prayers and thoughts flowing into this Hospital - I think the HUGE gift basket from O'hara elementary filled with lots of love pushed him up and did the trick because docs were talking CT Scans, clots & embolisms just last night. I have a great video of the young man just before they removed his mask and delivered said brownie that I will post soon. If he is able to maintain his high oxygen levels, he will leave ICU tomorrow. Hopefully, there will be no more major backtracking - Keep your fingers crossed. Major Thanks, Scott
