Stretching is highly unique approach to therapeutic bodywork that utilizes techniques from traditional Thai massage as a means of efficiently treating trigger points in muscles and restoring normal motion across joints. This 30 minute session involves hacking the central nervous system by offering it an experience of movement without pain, and “evidence-based reasons” to drop its hyperprotective stance that caused the pain in the first place. You will remain fully clothed and will lay on a comfortable mat on the floor during this session.
